With a background in finance and a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Thomas has also been involved in teaching as an adjunct professor at Dakota County Technical College.

It is focused on embracing the legal concerns of only two client types; privately-held businesses and their owners, along with real estate investors. While litigation is a process of last resort, it is an available business tool nonetheless; Nathan Nelson uses this tool to create business opportunities in commercial and real estate dispute resolution arenas.
