Vincent Lai

Vincent Lai's work experience includes various leadership roles in different companies. Vincent is currently working as the Chief Development Officer at Virtus Medical Group since January 2022. Prior to that, from June 2020 to December 2021, they served as the Managing Director of Membership and Community Development at Octave.

Before joining Octave, Vincent worked at Collinson from November 2019 to April 2020 as the Director of Hong Kong, where they directed and grew the Collinson group businesses. Vincent also drove partnership marketing and sector penetration programs to build the brand.

From November 2017 to November 2019, they worked at Quintessentially as the Commercial Director for APAC, spearheading market strategy and business growth in the region. Vincent also held the position of Managing Director for Greater China from January 2013 to October 2017 at Quintessentially.

Prior to Quintessentially, Vincent was associated with American Express, where they held the positions of Director, Head of Membership Travel Services - HK & Taiwan from December 2010 to July 2012, and Director, Head of Customer Service Delivery - Hong Kong from November 2008 to November 2010.

Vincent's earlier work experience includes working as the General Manager, Hong Kong & South China at International SOS from June 2004 to May 2008, and as the General Manager & China Business Director at Proactcive Technology from May 2000 to April 2004.

Vincent Lai earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Economics and Marketing from The University of Hong Kong. No specific years were provided for their education.
