Lori Delabruere

Lori Delabruere has over 14 years of experience in property accounting and financial management. Lori began their career at ReArch Company in 2007 as an Assistant to the Controller, responsible for accounts payable, payroll, and CAM invoicing for commercial tenants. Lori then joined JE Compliance Services, Inc. in 2010 as an Accounting Clerk II, where they quickly advanced within a year to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations for international clients.

In 2011, Lori took on a role at American Campus Communities as a Property Accountant, managing financial operations for a portfolio of properties. Lori joined Virtus Real Estate Capital in 2014 as a Property Accountant, and demonstrated their expertise in managing financial activities for real estate investments. Over the years, they progressed within the company, holding positions such as Senior Property Accountant, Property Accounting Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Property Accounting.

Lori has gained extensive experience in property accounting, financial management, and working with international clients. Lori'sexpertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations, combined with their strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure environments, make their a valuable asset in the field.

Lori Delabruere obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Champlain College, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
