Pamela Sullivan

Pamela Sullivan, CTP, serves as the Vice President and Treasurer of Virtusa Corp. since October 2004, overseeing global cash management, foreign exchange management, and complex intercompany loan structures including Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Compulsory Convertible Debentures (CCDs) in India. In addition to the treasurer role, Pamela also holds the position of Senior Director of Global Treasury and US Controller at Virtusa, managing cash and risk, corporate insurance, and relationships with credit syndication partners. Past roles include Controller/Director for the US Corporate Headquarters, where responsibilities included accounting oversight, cash flow management, and policy enforcement. Previous experience includes positions in accounting management at Aether Systems, BIO-key International, Boston Acoustics, and Auburn International. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Framingham State University and a BA in Business and Finance from Gordon College.
