Raghuraman Anantha

Raghuraman Anantha is an experienced program and project manager with a solid background in agile methodologies and team leadership. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Dolby Laboratories since February 2019, Raghuraman successfully scaled the Dolby Vision PC program, achieving a 100% increase in clients while maintaining team performance without escalations. Previous roles include serving as a Scrum Master at PayPal, where Raghuraman enhanced performance and team velocity, and Project Manager/Scrum Master at American Express and AIG, focusing on customer support and delivery management. Raghuraman also held managerial positions at Standard and Poor's, implementing Kanban and transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Raghuraman began the career as a Test Engineer and SQA Engineer after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Andhra University.
