Ramaswamy P V is the current CIO at Virtusa. Ramaswamy has previously worked as the Vice President & Global SAP Practice Head at Mphasis, an HP Company, from November 2009 to November 2015. There, they were responsible for heading the Global SAP Practice, including delivery, competency, solutioning, Revenue & P&L targets, and pre-sales. From July 2008 to October 2009, they worked as the ERP Practice Head at AIG Systems Solutions, where they defined SAP based Global template solutions, set up corporate governance processes, and aided business transformation in close collaboration with Business heads. Ramaswamy also defined strategies for global implementation and roll-outs, set up Center of Excellence for support SAP systems across countries, and owned financial IT budgets. Prior to that, they worked as the Vertical Practice Manager - SAP Practice at Siemens Information Systems Ltd from April 1998 to June 2008. Before Siemens, they worked as the Assistant Manager (F&A) and IT at Steel Authority of India Limited from January 1991 to December 1998.

Ramaswamy P V is a qualified AICWAI and ACS. Ramaswamy has a Masters in Accountancy and Costing from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Masters in Law, Accountancy and Finance from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Ramaswamy also has a SAP certification from SAP and a Computer certification from NIIT Institute.
