Pawel (Paul) Dolega is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the software engineering and cloud services sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and VP of Distributed Systems & Cloud Engineering at VirtusLab since June 2015, Pawel Dolega oversees a diverse project portfolio focused on scalable, distributed systems, while shaping group strategy and operations. Prior experience includes serving as CTO at Nexelem, where Pawel Dolega delivered customized software solutions across various sectors, and co-founding SoftQ, managing projects and engineering teams. Earlier career highlights include roles at IBM as a Tech Lead and at Sygnity as a Java/JEE Developer, alongside foundational work in the banking sector with Softbank/Asseco. Pawel Dolega holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology and completed post-diploma studies in Project Management at Krakow University of Economics.
