Currently working as an R&D Manager at VIRUPAKSHA ORGANICS LIMITED, they lead a team of chemists in developing new API molecules and implementing them in pilot plant and production scale. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Chemist at GVKBIO sciences pvt ltd. Lakshmi Reddy holds a Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry from RVSRM High School.
