Yu-Ming Chang

Yu-Ming Chang is currently working as Deputy Program Manager at Vanguard International Semiconductor Company, where they have experience in Customer Engineering Program. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Sr. Process Integration Engineer at E Ink Corporation and as a Sr. Production Engineer at Optodisc Technology Corporation. Yu-Ming holds a Master's Degree in Engineering and System Science from National Tsing Hua University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from National Dong Hwa University (NDHU).
