Shivprasad Kabir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and solution engineering. Since January 2014, Shivprasad has served as Assistant Vice President at VIS Networks, where responsibilities include understanding customer requirements and providing high-level architectural solutions for UCC infrastructure. With a background in project execution as National Services Delivery Manager for Recording & Analytics, Shivprasad handles client escalations and process documentation. Previous roles at Wipro Technologies, NICE Interactive Solutions Pvt Ltd, and IT Source India Pvt. Ltd. have contributed to expertise in contact center solutions, technical project management, and on-site support.
