Adele D. is an accomplished marketing and creative operations leader with extensive experience across major global companies. Currently serving as Sr. Director and Head of Creative Operations for North America Marketing at Visa since October 2024, Adele previously held the position of Global Head of Creative Services at Meta from July 2022 to October 2024, leading teams across multiple regions and managing innovative marketing campaigns. Prior roles include Marketing positions at Apple, overseeing consumer marketing, and leading creative marketing production at Netflix in the APAC region. Adele has also served in key production and integrated producer roles at renowned agencies such as R/GA, Ogilvy, and Dentsu, earning multiple accolades including Silver and Bronze Cannes Lions.
