Alisa Bornstein

Alisa Bornstein is a seasoned professional in procurement and supply chain management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as CPO and VP of Sourcing at Visa Europe since January 2021, Alisa leads sourcing operations and drives strategic transformation while promoting value creation and sustainability across 37 European markets. Prior roles include CPO at Arm, where significant transformation initiatives were executed, and Senior Consultant for IHS Towers, contributing to the establishment of strategic sourcing frameworks. Alisa has also held leadership positions in procurement at Millicom, Telia, BT, and Ericsson, where innovative strategies and operational efficiencies were developed to enhance organizational performance. Alisa holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Saint Petersburg State University.
