Desirae Ray

Desirae Ray currently serves as the Director of Service Experience at Visa since July 2024, following a role as Senior Manager of Global Network Strategy & Operations at Marqeta from January 2023 to July 2024. Previous experience includes over a decade at Visa in various leadership positions, notably as Director of Global Client Readiness for New Product Commercialization and Project Manager for Digital Delivery Solutions. Desirae has a strong background in managing complex projects within payments technology and enhancing client experiences. Additional experience includes project management roles at LenderLive Network, Integrated Printing Solutions, and Springbok Services, with a foundational education in Business Administration and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
