Jake Parker

Jake Parker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in total rewards and performance management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Visa since March 2019, Jake has held multiple senior leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from August 2009 to March 2019, including Senior Vice President of Performance and Rewards and various positions related to total rewards. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Executive Compensation at The Walt Disney Company and Principal at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Jake began their career as a Business Analyst and Associate at SCA Consulting. Educationally, Jake earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College in 1999.
