Jim Jankowski is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent financial and technology firms. Currently serving as Senior Director at Visa since June 2016, Jim Jankowski oversees the Next Generation Predictive Operations and leads program leadership and implementation delivery for the Service Now initiative. Jim Jankowski's career began at Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where significant contributions were made as Senior Vice President and a Software Engineer, focusing on data center management and UNIX administration.
