Sandra Perlman Aisen

Sandra Perlman Aisen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, operations, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Process Outsourcing Lead at Visa since June 2024, Sandra is responsible for the dispute and chargeback process in Denmark as part of the Card Simplification Program. In addition, Sandra works as a Freelance Senior Project Manager at Thebec. Previously, as Head of People and Culture at Monthio, Sandra focused on designing and implementing a comprehensive people and culture strategy. As the Founder of Pictoboards, Sandra developed tools aimed at enhancing daily parenting experiences. Sandra's career also includes significant roles at Nordea, Saxobank, Citibank, Citigroup, and SEB Kort, showcasing a strong background in risk management, project execution, and strategic initiatives across various sectors. Sandra holds a Master of Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lund University.
