Subu Iyer

Subu Iyer is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading engineering and development teams across various renowned companies. Currently serving as Sr. Director and Site Lead for Open Visa Net at Visa since April 2017, Subu manages the development of core payment technologies and oversees Visa's private cloud automation initiatives. Prior to Visa, Subu held multiple senior positions at HP from 1997 to 2016, including Director of Engineering for the Manageability & Solutions Enablement Lab and the Cloud Printing & Imaging Services Lab, where significant contributions included leading an extensive IoT platform and developing a robust cloud infrastructure. Earlier in the career at DEC/Compaq and IBM, Subu specialized in advanced engineering and software development projects. Subu holds a B.Tech. in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, an MBA from San Jose State University, and a diploma in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University.
