Alisha Lynch

Alisha Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Director of Learning and Development at Visa from April 2021 to April 2025. In this role, Alisha leads a global team focused on designing critical learning solutions for Visa's Client Services function, promoting results, OKRs, and career development. Previously, Alisha held positions at Meta and Facebook, including Director of Learning and Development and Global Ethics & Compliance Training Manager, where significant contributions to learning programs and ethical training were made. Additionally, Alisha served as Head of Learning and Development and Head of Ethics and Compliance Learning at Dell, executing strategies for diverse teams. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Development from St. Edward's University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Purdue Global.
