Carol Gao

Carol Gao is currently the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development for Asia Pacific at Visa, where they leverage their expertise in financial services and risk management. They previously served as a Senior Director at Visa and held a Senior Manager position at Bain & Company from 2010 to 2019. Carol also gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Citi, contributing to a significant business transformation project in 2014. They hold a double degree in Social Sciences and Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, graduating with First Class Honours, as well as an MBA from The Wharton School, where they were recognized on the Director's List.
