David Steger

David Steger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and payments management. Currently serving as a Director at Visa since December 2020, David previously held the role of Senior Payments Manager for North America at Circle K, overseeing payments activities across thousands of locations. Prior to that, David worked at Pilot Flying J as a Retail Technology Payments Manager, successfully improving transaction switch reliability. Experience at Marriott International includes managing technical support for onsite teams and infrastructure, while earlier roles at IBM involved various responsibilities in IT project lifecycles. David holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University and a BA in Marketing and Speech Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
