Desiree Simon

Desiree Simon, CFE, CCEP, currently serves as a Senior Compliance Manager at Visa since January 2024, following a role as Director of Ethics & Compliance at Activision Blizzard from December 2021 to January 2024. Prior experience includes positions at KPMG US as a Senior Associate in Ethics & Compliance and at SAIC as an Ethics and Compliance Analyst. Desiree began a career in compliance and ethics at Cambridge Associates after working in investment performance analysis. A notable accomplishment includes redesigning the Ethics Ambassador Program to enhance its effectiveness through a successful pilot initiative. Desiree holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs with an emphasis in International Economics from Randolph-Macon College.
