Doreen Waver

Doreen Waver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital enablement, employee experience, and customer service management within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Enablement Solutions at Visa since October 2016, Waver oversees various functions that enhance Visa's strategic objectives, including PMO, IT Service Management, and Organizational Change Management. Previously, Waver held several senior director roles at Visa, focusing on employee experience and customer service management. Prior to Visa, Waver worked at XL Catlin, where responsibilities included enhancing colleague experiences and managing end-user services. Waver's career began at PepsiCo as a Voice and Data Network Engineer. Doreen Waver holds a Master’s degree in Management of IT from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Connecticut.
