Dr. Gerda Gibson

Dr. Gerda Gibson is the Head of Finance Central Europe at Visa, a position held since 2022. They previously served as Head of Wealth Solutions at Bethmann Bank AG from 2020 to 2022 and had an extensive career in tax advisory roles at institutions such as Clifford Chance and ABN AMRO Bank. Dr. Gibson earned a Diplom-Kauffrau in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Economic Sciences from Philipps-Universität Marburg, where they also worked as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin. Additionally, they completed their training as a Steuerberaterin at the Hessisches Ministerium der Finanzen.
