Geoff Hicks

Geoff Hicks has over 30 years of experience in UK policing, including 15 years as an Inspector, where they specialized in Force Control Room management, Critical Incident Management, and Governance. They served as a trained negotiator and worked as a Counter Terrorism Security Co-Ordinator during significant events such as the G7 summit. Geoff obtained a Counter Terrorism Risk Manager diploma in 2024, completing it with First Class honors, and holds a BSc in Policing. Currently, they work as a Director in Visa's Global Security and Safety team, managing security matters across Europe and handling crisis situations.
