Harvey Hao is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in mobile products, digital commerce, and payment solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Mobile Products and Push Payments at Visa since July 2013, Harvey Hao oversees the Issuer Solutions and Push Payment division, leading engineering teams and managing product development for Visa's digital commerce apps. Previous roles include Sr. Director/Chief Architect at Visa, Engineering Manager at PayPal, and Director of Web Services Platform at First American Corp. With a career that began at Citi, Harvey Hao holds a PhD in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a BS in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.
