Joy Zaben

Joy Zaben is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Commercial and Money Movement Solutions at Visa. With a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cornell University, Zaben has extensive experience, including founding the HR function for Kahunaville Management, Inc. and leading organizational development at ING DIRECT. From 2003 to 2021, Zaben held multiple leadership roles at Capital One, where they drove cultural transformation and managed executive development initiatives for over 40,000 associates.
