Kate Morgan has extensive experience in partnership management and business development across various sectors, including insurance and loyalty programs. From 1996 to 1999, Kate began as a Graduate Trainee at AXA in the National Partnerships Division before progressing to multiple roles, including Client Relationship Manager at Collinson and Senior Relationship Manager at Europ Assistance. Following a tenure as Director at IAG Loyalty from 2006 to 2018, Kate served as Head of International Partnerships at Auriemma Group and worked in Strategic Partnerships at Liberis from September 2021 to November 2022. Currently, Kate holds the position of Director, Acquirer & Enabler Business Development at Visa. Kate earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honors in Biology from the University of Leeds.
