Kelley Shields

Kelley Shields is a seasoned Research Analyst currently working at Visa since September 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Services and Customer Success Contractor at Northern Light SinglePoint, LLC, where Kelley collaborated with clients to improve knowledge management portals and produced competitive intelligence newsletters for the technology and healthcare sectors. Prior to this, Kelley held various positions at Adobe, including Research Analyst and Portal Content Specialist, conducting research to support strategy planning and curating content for internal knowledge management. Kelley has also served as the owner of Shields re:SEARCH, providing research services for corporations and non-profits, and has experience in library science through roles at the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco and as a freelance researcher for Santoki Productions. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Colgate University and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from San José State University.
