Kelly Baird

Kelly Baird is a seasoned communications and HR professional with extensive experience in corporate and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Communications for Corporate IT at Visa since October 2019, Kelly has developed global communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement. In addition, Kelly is the Advisory Board Chair for One Life Counseling Center, overseeing fundraising and community outreach initiatives. Previous roles include Business Partnership Director at Sequoia High School Education Foundation, where fundraising goals were consistently exceeded, and Human Resources, Communications, and Social Impact Director at Scenic Scapes, Inc. Kelly's earlier experience includes significant roles at SAP Ariba and the County of San Mateo, focusing on employee relations and marketing management. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from San Francisco State University and has furthered education at Imperial College London.
