Kenny Yeo has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, having held operational and strategic roles across several prominent organizations. At Mercer, Kenny served as a C&B Regional Consultant from July 2012 to January 2015, and then transitioned to Procter & Gamble, where roles included Asia HR Operations/Analytics Lead and various HR Business Partner positions from January 2015 to June 2018. Kenny’s career further progressed at Microsoft as the APAC Area HR Lead from April 2021 to February 2023 and then moved to Visa as Director - People Business Partner AP from February 2023 until February 2025. Currently, Kenny serves as Senior Director - People Business Partner CEMEA at Visa. Kenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, majoring in Banking and Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Nanyang Technological University.
