Lauren Svoboda

Lauren Svoboda is an accomplished learning and development leader with extensive experience in driving organizational transformation and strategy. Currently serving as the VP and Global Head of Learning at Visa since August 2025, Lauren previously held the role of Vice President of Learning and Development at TAG - The Aspen Group, where oversight included the Learning & Development function for 25,000 team members. At Google, from December 2020 to July 2024, Lauren played a pivotal role in leading learning transformation initiatives impacting over 160,000 employees, focusing on unifying learning strategies and enhancing the learner experience. Earlier career experience includes teaching at The Children's School at Claremont McKenna College. Lauren holds a BA in International Relations & History from Claremont McKenna College and a Change Management Certificate from Cornell University.
