Maribel Diz

Maribel Diz, DBA, is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Visa, responsible for HR strategy across the Latin America and Caribbean regions. With previous roles including Vice President and Human Resources Manager at notable organizations, Maribel has demonstrated expertise in creating high-performing teams, coaching executives, and managing employee relations. Additionally, Maribel has taught Human Resources Management at Florida International University and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Doctorate in Business Administration. Currently, Maribel continues education with executive programs at Cornell University and the University of California, Berkeley.
