Mike O'Hara

Mike O'Hara serves as the European Head of Commercial BIDs, Value in Kind Sales and Sales Training at Visa since September 2010, where Mike founded the Value in Kind Business, generating over $180 million in annual revenue, and implemented major sales excellence programs. Previously, O'Hara held roles as VP Commercial CFO for Continental Europe, managing teams across 40 employees and overseeing substantial financial operations, as well as managing financials in various capacities within Visa. Earlier in his career, O'Hara worked at Barclaycard and Barclays Bank, focusing on finance strategy and business partnerships. O'Hara's educational background includes a BA in Economics and French from the University of Kent, an ACCA qualification, and a diploma from Universite Pierre Mendes France.
