Monica Perez

Monica Perez is currently the Head of Client Implementation at Visa, where they apply their leadership skills within a multicultural environment. They previously served as the Head of Implementation Services at Visa and as a Service Implementation Manager at Visa Europe. Monica began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Hewlett-Packard and Panduit, and also worked as a Sales and Employee Representative at La Nueva CAISA. Their education includes a BS degree from Tecnologico de Monterrey and a first line management certificate from Westminster Kingsway College, along with participation in an academic exchange program at the European Business School in London.
