Nick Gardetto

Nick Gardetto currently serves as the Manager of Business Planning & Operations for Enterprise Transformation at Visa, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Nick worked at Verkada as a People Operations Associate, where responsibilities included managing critical priorities under the Senior Director of People Strategy & Ops and supporting over 600 Sales employees. Experience at KPMG as a Consultant involved workforce planning, organizational design, and change management for an offshore service delivery model. Earlier roles include a Research Intern at Stanford Healthcare Innovation Lab and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Southern California, where Nick earned a BA in Neuroscience with minors in Performance Science and Music Industry. Additional internships included positions at Motivf and Habit Nest. Nick is a graduate of Punahou School.
