Ningyu Shi

Ningyu Shi is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in engineering and machine learning. Currently serving as the Chief Architect and Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Visa from July 2021 to March 2024, Ningyu leads the AI as Service Team. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Data Engineer at Oracle and Senior Member of Technical Staff at Broadway Technology, where tenure spanned from July 2018 to July 2021. Additionally, Ningyu held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Cadence Design Systems from March 2013 to July 2018 and served as Senior Principal Engineer at Synopsys from April 2012 to March 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in January 2008, following earlier studies at the same institution.
