Nissa Strottman

Nissa Strottman is currently the Vice President of Products and Operations at Visa and serves as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Center for Research on Open Source Software at UC Santa Cruz. They have extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly in open source licensing and compliance, having held significant legal roles at HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Micro Focus, and Cisco Systems. Nissa earned a BA in Psychobiology and History from UC Santa Cruz, an MA in the History of Science, Medicine, and Technology from Johns Hopkins University, and a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
