Omar Rasheed

Omar Rasheed is a seasoned compliance and investigations professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Director at Visa since February 2019, Omar reinforces and supports standard investigation processes, collaborating with multiple functions to ensure thorough investigations. Prior to Visa, Omar held the position of Compliance Investigations Manager at Adobe, focusing on internal investigations related to the company's Code of Business Conduct. Additionally, Omar worked at GlaxoSmithKline as a Compliance and Investigations Manager, overseeing compliance with internal policies, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Forensics Assistant Manager, conducting financial investigations. Early experience includes a role as a Forensics Senior Associate at KPMG and as a Legal Officer in the US Navy, where Omar led fact-finding investigations. Omar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Certified Public Accountant designation, along with additional certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
