Pauline Molohan

Pauline Molohan is an experienced compliance and ethics professional currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Ethics for the GCC at Visa since September 2025. Prior to this role, Pauline held the position of Deputy MLRO and Head of AML Investigations at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank from March 2023 to September 2025. Pauline's extensive background in financial crime investigations includes significant roles at HSBC, where responsibilities spanned Head of Major Investigations UK, Nominated Officer (Interim), and Senior Manager AML Investigations Quality Assurance, among others, from September 2014 to March 2023. Earlier career experience includes positions at Deloitte, RBC Dexia, and State Street. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Innovation Management from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
