They have previously worked at American Express, where they held various positions including Financial Accountant and Manager of Business Planning & Financial Analysis, earning the “CIMA & Financial Management - Part Qualified Accountant of the Year 2004” award. Richard holds a 2:1 BA Joint Honours Degree in Economics & Geography from the University of Portsmouth and is a qualified Associate Chartered Management Accountant. Currently, Smith is pursuing a Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management.
