Ruth Lite

Ruth Lite currently serves as the Director of Global Inclusion at Visa, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ruth held various positions at Under Armour, including Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead and Talent Development Senior Professional, from March 2015 to June 2022. Ruth has also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Inova Health System from September 2012 to September 2014 and as a Workforce Management Specialist at General Dynamics Information Technology from February 2011 to July 2012. Ruth Lite's educational background includes a Master's degree in Organization Development from American University, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, graduating with honors.
