Sam Metcalf

Sam Metcalf is a Senior Director in the Global Strategic Initiatives & Transformation Office at Visa, where they lead a team focused on driving Client Success through key strategic initiatives. Prior to their role at Visa, Sam worked at Deloitte as a Manager in the Reputation, Crisis and Resilience team, gaining extensive experience in Crisis Management and Operational Resilience. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography with International Study from The University of Manchester and The University of British Columbia, as well as an Executive MBA with Distinction from the University of Exeter.
