Sarthak Batra

Sarthak Batra is a Product Design Leader currently serving as a Senior Product Design Manager at Visa, where they focus on designing Gen AI-based chat experiences across various business functions. With 11 years of experience in the industry, Sarthak has previously held significant roles at companies such as SugarBox Networks and Livspace, building design teams and implementing user-centric design processes. Their career began at SapientNitro, followed by engagements at Endurance International Group, WalmartLabs, and Flipkart, where they honed their skills in UX and UI design. Sarthak also co-founded Healthmonk, a startup aimed at improving health management for users. They hold a Master's Degree in Graphic Design from MIT Institute of Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts from Amity University.
