Shannon McCrary is a seasoned Learning and Development Director with over 20 years of experience in building and scaling learning organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Client Care Learning Operations at Visa, Shannon is establishing a new learning delivery organization to support client care operations. Previously, Shannon held leadership roles at Dell, including Director of Global Learning and Development, where they managed global strategies and high-performing teams to enhance employee performance. Shannon also owned McCrary and Associates, LLC, providing consulting services focused on performance improvement and training program development. In addition to their professional achievements, Shannon is pursuing a B.S. in Psychology at William Woods University.
