Shawn Yeo

Shawn Yeo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and product management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Director at Visa since December 2023, Shawn oversees Client Services for Singapore and Brunei. Prior to this role, Shawn held the position of Vice President and Product Lead at Citi from July 2022 to December 2023, managing an end-to-end digital payments solution known as Spring by Citi. Shawn's career includes key roles at UOB and Fiserv, where responsibilities included payments analysis and client experience management across the ASEAN region. Shawn's earlier experience includes Vice President positions at OCBC Bank, focusing on SME sales and project management, as well as merchant servicing roles at Ingenico ePayments. Shawn holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of London and is a member of ACCA, further complemented by leadership training through the OCBC Leadership Development Program.
