Vineeta Agarwal

Vineeta Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as the Director of Client Training for Europe at Visa since May 2017. In this role, Vineeta accelerates Visa University’s Client Training business, focusing on value-added services and upskilling clients in digital payments. Previously, Vineeta held positions at Citibank India as Branch Head, managing the first Digital Smart branch and leading digital initiatives, and at HSBC as a summer intern in macroeconomic analysis. Further, Vineeta has held managerial roles at HDFC Bank, Centurion Bank of Punjab, and GE Money, with a strong emphasis on business development and risk management. Vineeta holds an MBA from the University of Essex, a postgraduate diploma from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
