Jörgen Ahlberg

Jörgen Ahlberg is an Associate Professor at Universitetet i Oslo, specializing in the supervision of PhD students since March 2023. As a co-founder and Board Chairman of Visage Technologies AB since January 2002, Jörgen Ahlberg oversees company management, sales, and computer vision discussions. Additionally, Jörgen Ahlberg holds board positions at Termisk Systemteknik AB and Glana Sensors and is the founder of Scienvisic, focusing on environmental and forensic applications of sensing technologies. Jörgen Ahlberg has been an Adjunct Associate Professor at Linköping University since January 2007, where teaching includes thermal imaging and supervising PhD research. Previous experience includes leadership roles at FOI, advancing sensor informatics and multi-sensor fusion. Jörgen Ahlberg completed a PhD in Electrical Engineering at Linköping University and has extensive experience in research and project management related to image analysis and computer vision technologies.
