Michael Simmon

Michael Simmon has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Michael is currently the Executive Director at Visalia Rescue Mission. Prior to that, they worked at Phoenix Rescue Mission as the Director of Program Support and Development. In that role, they provided leadership in workforce development, volunteer services, food service, and community partnerships. Michael also worked at CVS Health as a Store Manager and at Walmart as a CoManager, where they provided leadership for a store with annual sales over $104,000,000. Before that, they were an Owner/Operating Partner at SONIC Drive-In and Chick-fil-A Restaurants, where they were responsible for every aspect of daily operations and managed extensive teams and business responsibilities.

Michael Simmon attended Dallas Baptist University from 1996 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
