Stacy Mason

Stacy Mason is currently the Senior Director of HR & Operations at Visante. Prior to this, they worked as a systems analyst at University of Utah Health Plans from January 2000 to January 2005. There, they were responsible for maintaining the organization's IDX Managed Care Application, which included fee schedules, vendor contracts, check runs, eligibility files, and dictionaries. Stacy also implemented six EAP carve-out plans and one Medicaid plan, in addition to revising existing Medicaid and Commercial plans. In addition to these duties, they also designed and produced standard reports as well as non-standard reports through DBMS queries.

From January 1998 to January 2000, Stacy Mason worked at University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics as a Claim & Enrollment Support Specialist/Claims Processor/Customer Service Representative. There they wrote department policy and procedure manuals, produced enrollment and claim reports, processed medical claims, answered and responded to member and provider phone calls, and adjusted claims as needed.
