Stephanie Lanning

Stephanie Lanning is a research and development coordinator at Visby Medical. Stephanie has a long history of working in the medical field, with a focus on cancer research. Stephanie started their career as a lab assistant at UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for helping to conduct cancer research trials and collecting data. Stephanie then transitioned into a role as a clinical research coordinator, where they became a reference for doctors for hematopoietic malignancy clinical trial protocols. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for collecting and reporting accurate data, as well as working with doctors, nurses, clinical scientists, and other research coordinators to ensure tasks were completed correctly and in a timely manner. Stephanie also interacted with oncology patients on a weekly basis to relay relevant trial information. Stephanie has a long history of working in the medical field and is passionate about helping to find new treatments for cancer patients.

Stephanie Lanning has a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from San Francisco State University. Stephanie is currently half way to a certificate in Stem Cell Technology from City College of San Francisco.
